In 2023, the council consisted of 3 people, including: Pavlov Dmitry Viktorovich – Chairman of the Council, researcher at the Department of Forestry and Logging, Golubev Dmitry Andreevich – Candidate of Technical Sciences, leading researcher at the Department of Conservation, Protection of Forests and Forest Ecology, Kolobanov Konstantin Alexandrovich – researcher at the Department of Conservation, protection of forests and forest ecology.
In total, five researchers under the age of 35 work at the Dalniilh Foundation, which is 10.0% of the registered number of employees.
Every year, young employees participate in the "Competition of scientific and research projects of graduate students, young scientists of research institutes and organizations under the jurisdiction of the Federal Forestry Agency", regional scientific and public events. They actively participate in scientific conferences, conduct excursions with students and schoolchildren.
